spicy High Desert Negroni

Ingredients

  • citrus

  • 1 oz Bonal

  • 1 oz Cynar 70

  • .5 oz Soul Chai Syrup

  • 3 drops smoked saline solution

  • 1 oz Overproof Rum (we like Hamilton 151)

it’s easy!


- To start, make your Soul Chai Syrup. In quart of 1 to 1 simple syrup, add three orange/grapefruit peels + 50g of Soul Chai. bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally. Have fun with it and experiment with different citrus peels if you like!

- Once boiling, kill it the heat and let cool to room temperature, strain it through a fine mesh strainer + cheese cloth

- for smoked saline solution: Smoked Saline Solution: Add 20% smoked saline by weight to any volume of water. Stir to combine and put in a dropper when complete

- Stir all ingredients and strain over a big cube, garnish with an orange half moon. cheers!
