Orders are processed up to 1 day after purchase and typically ship out the following business day. You can expect arrival 3-4 days after purchase or 3-7 days around major holidays.

If you encounter issues with your chai, please contact us at orders@soulchai.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to make things right!
Because soul chai is a food product, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns once the product has been opened. Additionally, please understand that we cannot accept exchanges or refunds if the issue is a matter of personal taste.
We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for unopened, unused, & undamaged items in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original, factory-sealed packaging. Please note that if you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from your purchase date to do so.
To complete your return, please e-mail us with your order number + receipt. Please note, we are unable to refund shipping costs at this time.
If the return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label. You will need to print and mail the package back to us. Once the package is received, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We are so sorry to hear it! Please send a photo of the damaged package & items to orders@soulchai.com. All information about the damage sustained, with photos, will help communicate with USPS to resolve the issue.
Soul Chai is not liable for errors, stolen, misrouted, items seized by customs, or undelivered shipments / loss of goods incurred by USPS or UPS during transit to your address and does not assume responsibility for reimbursement. However, we will gladly act on your behalf to file a claim with USPS or UPS and do what is in our power to assist you. Please contact us at orders@soulchai.com for assistance.
