Spiced Plum Lemonade

this tangy, timeless, twist is delicious and sure to help you beat the heat! enjoy fizzy or still~

Ingredients

  • rooibos masala soul chai

  • 9 juicy, pitted red plums

  • 1 fresh knob ginger

  • 4 lemons

  • 1 cup agave

  • 1 tsp salt

it’s easy!


- To start, make your plum concentrate: cover and boil plums + a wicked knob of fresh ginger for 15 min or until tender.

- Once cooled, mash the plums and sieve the puree into your favorite pitcher

- add fresh lemon juice, 1 cup of agave, 1 tsp salt + 1/2 cup of strong, brewed Rooibos Masala Soul Chai (2 heaping tbsp + boiling water).

- For bonus points, add some Umeboshi plum paste!

- Try it over soda water or neat, with store bought plum/alt stonefruit nectar and fresh lemons if you’re more *pressed* for time. Any which way, we hope you enjoy! 🍋🌹
