Mezcal Masala Brushfire

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Banhez Espadin y Barril Mezcal

  • .5 oz Amaro Gran Classico

  • .75 oz Coconut Cream

  • .5 oz Soul Chai Syrup

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

it’s easy!


- To start, make your Soul Chai Syrup. In quart of 1 to 1 simple syrup, add three orange/grapefruit peels + 50g of original masala Soul Chai. bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally

- Once boiling, kill it the heat and let cool to room temperature, strain it through a fine mesh strainer + cheese cloth

- for your Coconut Cream, Make a 1 to 1 simple syrup with coconut water and combine with two cans of coco lopez in a blender

- Shake all components and pour over crushed ice, garnish with a sage bouquet and a dash of soul chai
