Raspberry Rooibos-Pistachio Overnight Oats
busy mornings? prepare this super simple base recipe ahead of time for a vibrant, healthy breakfast you can make your own every season 🍓✨️
Ingredients
rooibos Masala Chai Powder
pistachio milk
rolled oats
chia seeds
creamy tahini
fresh raspberries
honey
it’s easy!
add your oats to your preferred jar
swirl Soul Chai w/ a dash of boiling water then add it to your milk. for every 12oz of milk we like to use 3g chai.
Pour equal parts chai milk over your oats & add 1/8 parts chia seeds. so your ratio should look like: 1 PART OATS + 1 PART MILK + ⅛ PART SEEDS
make it creamy by adding a couple spoons of tahini & sweeten with honey to your heart's desire!
Mix everything together until all the oats are submerged in milk
Close that baby shut, let he oats develop overnight (or at least 2 hrs)
top with your favorite nuts + fresh fruit & enjoy somewhere bright!
