Choco-Chai Popcorn
Take movie night and healthy, wholegrain snacking to the next level with this easy stovetop spiced Popcorn 🍿✨ sweet, savory, spicy & salty!
Ingredients
1.5 tbsp Soul Chai Masala Chai Powder
1.5 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
.5 tsp fine salt
3.5 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 popcorn kernels
it’s easy!
- Mix together coconut sugar, cocoa powder, Soul Chai + salt
- In a large stock pot, add 3 tbsp coconut oil, cover & heat over medium high heat for about 2 ½ minutes.
- Pour popcorn into pot & cover, let cook for 3 min, carefully shaking the pot back n forth continuously until you don't hear popping for 5-10 seconds
-evenly coat your popcorn in your spice mix and enjoy!
