Bright ‘n Bubbly Masala Mocktails

get creative with our favorite mocktails this dry january: spiced lychee spritz + pomegranate-masala tonic

ingredients

spiced lychee spritz

  • rooibos or masala soul chai

  • lychee sparkling water

  • canned lychee

  • fresh lime or grapefruit

pomegranate-masala tonic

  • rooibos or masala soul chai

  • pomegranate juice

  • pomegranate molasses

  • fresh lime or orange

it’s easy!

  • first prepare your “shot” of chai by Whisking/swirling 3 grams of soul chai with 40 grams 200°F water and set aside for 1 min to bloom/cool

  • blend 4 lychee with 1/4 cup cold water until smooth

  • divide lychee mixture between 2 coupe glasses

  • Add chai, ¼ cup sparkling water + a squeeze of citrus to each glass

  • garnish with a wheel or orange & enjoy!

    (also delicious with pineapple sparkling water :))

  • first prepare your “shot” of chai by Whisking/swirling 3 grams of soul chai with 40 grams 200°F water and set aside for 1 min to bloom/cool

  • add a rim of pomegranate molasses + raw sugar to your glass

  • combine chai, 4oz of pomegranate juice, a squeeze of citrus and ice and shake until frothy

  • add to prepped glass and top with tonic water

  • garnish with a lime and savor!
