Vanilla Chai Chia Pudding
Wholesome, creamy & delicious Vanilla Chai Chia Pudding that’s perfect for breakfast, a mid-day snack or a healthy dessert! add your favorite fruit toppings + drizzles to this simple base recipe~
ingredients
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tsp citrus zest
2 tsp soul chai powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
optional toppings:
1 cup Greek yogurt
slices/diced apricots
shredded coconut
maple syrup/agave
it’s easy!
Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Let sit for 2-3 minutes then mix again
Cover and place in the fridge for 2+ hours before serving
